The clinic is located on the third floor. Go through main entrance and take stairs or elevator (go left after entering building) to floor 3. Go down the hallway and we are the last door on the right side, Suite 331.
Hours:
Monday: 10am - 2pm
Tuesday: 2pm - 6pm
Wednesday: 10am - 2pm
Thursday: 2pm - 6pm
Friday: 10am - 2pm
The last appointment starts 10 minutes before closing time.
Appointments are recommended though we accept walk in appointments as able. Walk ins may have a wait time so please schedule ahead if you have time constraints. Thank you!
